The lockbox code was not working, and we were on the phone with Uhaul for a very long time. It ended up delaying our move by nearly 2 hours. Beforehand we had also been rescheduled and the representative misunderstood and booked the wrong location/truck for us. We missed a family event and were heavily delayed by the chaos. Otherwise our move could have started maybe 3 hours earlier.

The requested rental items (2 dolly’s) were not in my rental car. The parking brake release was broken and hanging by a thread.

Roberto FThey don’t tell you in advance that your vehicle will be towed if parked on their lot. I had to rearrange my plans and get someone to pick me up and drop off my car. They could have cared less!!!
WILLIAM NIt is located in a liquor store. Hard to give timely service when you have customers coming in constantly and interrupting the check in process. Not convenient at all.
