I've called and spoken to many people about our issues. Richard from Turlock about the truck driving funny, and not startling the next day. About waiting 3 hours for a battery replacement only to have the tech say "i haven't done one of these in years, i forgot what side the battery was on." Richard has not called me back or I would have told him we lost our movers Tuesday morning since they waited around for 3 hours and I had to finally let them know. It's clear that this truck was not well maintained and it cost us time and money on top of the frustration of moving and I believe some sort of credit should be applied. Richard, call me.

My pick up time was set for 9am but the location did not open until 10am. There wasn’t any communication of any kind to let me know what was going on. I needed dollies but they were unaware of their own inventory leaving me without what I needed.
