Jake KI had rented the truck to be picked up at Stowaway in Warminster. The pick up got switched to the Shell statioin. I picked up the truck and was handed the keys. No one explained anything about the truck to me. I was to have two furnature dollys and 24 pads that werent on the truck. The warminster shell took them off the bill. So I called u haul looking for the dollys and pad and was told to go to Stowaway that they had them. So I had to drive there to pick them up. The truck itself had 103,000 miles on it and horrible to drive. The road noise was terrible.
marc sI rented an industrial dolly and a furniture dolly, but neither were on site at the pickup. I had to go to another Uhaul location to grab what I paid for. Thankfully my drop off time was adjusted since I lost time trying to track down the equipment. Overall, I would recommend this off-site location.
