The entire experience was flawless end to end. From the online reservations, a last-minute change, to the customer service on site, the process could not have been easier. The communications from U-Haul was proactive and informative, the location was staffed professionally and prepared for both pick-up and return. Definitely recommend. I will use again.

The front driver door had some difficulties. It would not always lock. Also there’s a crack in the windshield, on the passenger side. Otherwise, the van was very nice.
Jennifer HWhen i went to retrieve keys they were the wrong set. Luckily someone else was checking out their truck and also had the wrong g keys. There were only 2 key boxes. This could of went badly if the other customer had not been thete.
Donald RI picked up the truck at Takoma Park at 1pm for 24h but returned the truck early at 9pm the same day, unfortunately I was over charged additional $20 for “after hours fees” which doesn’t make sense to me.
