Prior notification, that this is only a dropoff area..had to call Uhaul number to verify, and let them know I was dropping off. Day later received an email from Uhaul asking when I was dropping the truck off. Called and informed Uhaul that the truck was already delivered. She said, oh yah, I see the notes. Difficult to discern remote pickup process - lock boxes hidden, no code provided, gas station attendant unaware. Furniture pads ordered not in truck. Truck had a strange rattle periodically underneath cab at low speed. Suspect it also leaked CO into the cab under motor strain (while climbing elevation). Oil pressure was on the low side. More play in the steering wheel than is desirable. Seemed odd for a truck with < 5000 mi.
Jonathan MIt took us an hour to get the website to work so we could take the truck and just as long trying to return it. The website would get to the photo part and then log me out again
Steven WClean the truck! I picked up the truck and opened the back and it was full of black charcoal and dirt. The cab had garbage and opened water bottles (not good, it’s COVID). So, I had to clean the truck before I packed. I called customer service and the lady did not seem to care with no apology.
