We had movers who charged a daily rate and hourly rate. At the last moment the person who was picking up a uhaul couldn't make it. I booked the biggest option then instantly paid. I sent 2 members of our church to go get it. They had to call the phone # while someone who had no idea what they were doing spent 3 hours trying to blame them to then realizing the keys were not where the were supposed to be. Thanks uhaul. I really enjoyed paying the 5 guys that were hired extra money on top of the additional fee for it making it take until 10:00 to get it done. I also had to pay the lady we hired to clean for those extra hours because she could complete everything being done until everything was gone. She was not happy. So yep.. her fee and a large tip to cover it. Not to mention wasting the time of 10 men from the church that missed church just to show up because we have a large family and it was an emergency move. The price if the uhaul was good because we didn't have to go far but it cost a lot due to their loss of the keys
