I chose this location since phone checkout was offered, but a human showed up anyway. Truck was parked so as to make condition photos difficult, and not cleaned. Why charge for exceeding time estimate within same day when no one was waiting for my specific rental?

Truck was reserved for 8am. Got to location and hours stated 11am on door. Had to find an employee in the bar to come rent the truck. Had completed the online items but was still asked for all the information again. Took almost 30 minutes to get on the road, and when I did the truck was literally on Empty.

I ordered 2 utility dollies and got one appliance dolly instead. I also only received half the furniture pads I paid for. I called ahead of time on the phone and confirmed I would have all my equipment, and I was told yes, so I can only conclude I was lied to. The truck's gas tank was nearly empty on pickup, which added an extra stop to an already tight moving schedule. Additionally, there are unmaintained plants in the parking area that I tripped over and cut my leg, these should be removed for safety.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced with UHaul. The woman "checking in" was rude, unprofessional and couldn't do her job. Original contract written up was a completely incorrect truck that didn't even match a vehicle on the lot, and had to contact UHaul via phone to correct it. Put us over an hour past pickup time due to her incompetence and inability to conduct professional business. U-Haul rep via telephone was efficient and easy to deal with. Will never use this location again.

We did 24/7 drop off so we didn’t talk to anyone, but the 24/7 help line agent was incredibly helpful

Office hard to find. Office shouldn't be customer standing in a shed not being able to see the person conducting my rental that's not customer service. After giving her my information she would repeat it back missing numbers not good communication at all.

The woman who works in the office is very helpful & efficient. An easy check out process.

This was the right truck at the right price for my move. Definitely would rent from this location in the future.

Check in took about 30 minutes... first no one was at the desk, and then I was asked the same questions over and over and over, and then there were just long minutes when as far as I could tell nothing was happening at all. The "office" is a cluttered mess.

The person who runs this place isn't reliable, so if you have a tight schedule at all- don't rent from this place. The hours are 11am to 5, but we showed up before 2 to get the thing & she wasn't there so we could get out equipment originally. We had another different rental & came a few minutes early, & had to get the key from her- and she wasn't there. Again. We called her- straight to voicemail. Called Uhaul & they moved us to a different place to get the truck.

Not sure where to begin. The red flags were everywhere but were ignored being only a couple blocks down the road from us. The office is a grimy, messy shed attached to the back of a bar that's used as a storage. One person can barely stand there. The window to the employee is awkward and leads into what looks like a closet. Lady was nice, just allllll over the place. I checked in online, but not sure what that even did. Took the guy in front of us 30 minutes, and another 35 minutes for us just to check in and get keys. No one else was there. All of my information was already entered online. The truck we got was empty on gas. I mean completely empty. I've never seen a vehicle that low… the little gas gauge bar was below the E, did not move when turned on. She told us I need to go get gas even though there were 3 other trucks the same size. Luckily, I made it to the gas station and put $31 in it, still ended up paying 5,5 on final bill for additional gas. Drove total of 14 miles. Everything worked out I would just not recommend this place to anyone. We got there right at 11am (booked from 11-1) and didn't drive off til about 12, only to need to go get gas first. Again, the lady was fairly nice but it was shocking how poorly this place is run. Moving already gives most of us a headache and using this place will just make it worse. Save yourself the migraine.
