No staff interaction just dropped off car hauler.
MARC RI don't really have any comments for improvement, it is what it is and I would use this location again: however, clerk was busy so I unhitched myself and dropped it there without little to no interaction. Some would consider that a plus if you know how to do it yourself, just hard to rate any better than average. No issues with billing or paperwork.

SCOTT BI did an after-hours drop-off and never heard from the location after I dropped off the trailer so, I assume everything went well. It was an easy and simple drop-off process though.

MICHAEL THave a drop off location that has people there. I dropped off a trailer on Thursday afternoon and hope nobody steals it before somebody comes to work on Monday. That is unacceptable!
Scott SThis was a horrible pick-up and drop-off experience! There seems to be a reception/cell service issue at this location. I was not able to upload the photos required for both ends of the transactions. I spent 45 minutes at the location trying to return the truck!! It just kept timing out because the photo upload wouldn't "go"! I had rented a U-Haul truck a year ago at a different location using the same (app) process, & there was no issues. This recent rental was VERY frustrating and unacceptable! Please put a warning of the reception issue, or get a reception booster of some sort!
Alicia RBrian made scheduling/collecting and returning so darn easy and smooth. We have rented vans a few times over the decades and this place is by far the nicest. I would certainly recommend this Uhaul location over and over.
JOANNE FThe gentleman that ran the shop was great, I will be sure to rent from that location again. I will say that I've rented from Uhaul at least a dozen time over the years and there hasn't been one instance where the system hasn't either been down, or been "acting up". The process would be much faster if the system actually worked for the sites.

Ian AThe mobile check-in experience is awful. The app wouldn't take my location no matter how many times I tried. Yet. If I clicked on the location tab in the app it showed me exactly where I was so I know the app had location permission. I had to call customer service and wait on the phone for 10 minutes before I finally figured out. I could go to the website instead of using the app to check in. Even the website took forever. I wasn't allowed to enter any of the information beforehand, like my driver's license or photos of me or contact information, which would be nice to get done before I show up to the rental place. I was 10 minutes late to the pickup, but it took me another 25 minutes just to get the damn app to release the code so I could get the keys. After I got the keys and was on my way it was all fine and I was able to move stuff and return the U-Haul on time. But wow the initial setup was awful.
