Brian was absolutely helpful. He returned all of my phone calls in a timely manner. I have difficulties accomplishing things online, and he accommodated me at every turn, and got me set up with a storage unit as well as a rental truck. He even explained to me how I could save money within the U-Haul system and still accomplish my needs. This guy is an asset to your company🤓

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAlways great service.
Amanda WNo one answered the phone after 2 calls. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. Followed by several when I arrived, even though I all calls and the drop off were during business hours
JACK DHaving tank at full would make it easier for knowing how much fuel to replace.
Nathan BWe just did a drop off after hours, but I got a receipt first thing the following morning. I was super impressed with the efficiency.
