Ryen was amazing and Brennan literally gave me a coke (root beer) and a smile after seeing how hard my move was that day. I will rent from ace and shop there because of them. Oh and Kim really helped me too even though she doesn't work for you.

Barbara SThe U-Haul I picked up was in terrible condition. It clearly hadn't been cleaned beforehand. The entire truck smelled like smoke, and the cab was filthy-ashes in the console, dirty windows, and grimy seats. I was genuinely uncomfortable touching anything. The back of the truck was no better, with leftover items and dirt from the previous user still inside. This was by far the worst U-Haul experience I've had.

MATTHEW MI needed a small van/truck but none were available for an out of town route. The two 20" trucks also parked out front were out of service. This left me with the only option of a truck that was easily 4x the needed size for my small moving project. Just a small inconvenience gripe, but at least I learned how to drive one of those giant machines from it all.
MIQUAEL SMatt was great, very helpful, and knowledgeable on what he was doing.
