I didn't have any interaction with this location but my son in-law didn't have any complaints.

The online app to gain entry to the vehicle was not user friendly. IT was not clear that this was the process prior to arrival on site. The person at the location where the vehicle was picked up said "you have to use the UHAUL app, I don't know anything." That is fine, but UHAUL should have emailed that to us in advance, and given better instructions. We would prefer better customer service. Finally we got through to a person on the UHAUL help line and she was AMAZING!!! Patient, calm and helpful.

MICHELLE KThe track needs maintenance before it can be driven by another person. The engine light was on and the truck was not pulling properly when ascending. It was making some funny noise. Because of the problem with pulling, we put in more fuel than normal. Fuel tank was also cutting each time we were refueling.
Matilda Mthe district manager was at the site and along with the employees everything came together perfectly.
