SHERMAN WI let more gas in the tank than what I was given. I gave back the truck cleaner than it was. And I moved only about 15 miles and returned the vehicle at 4:13 pm
JOSE LI traveled an hour to pick this up and they were closed. I eventually got the trailer with much effort and cost.

She also asked me follow-up questions about my trip.and if the truck worked properly for me. She was very professional and caring to me. Elizabeth JTold me I would receive part of my deposit when equipment was returned but kept the whole deposit. Only used material for a day and a half and was charged for three days.
LOLA BMy experience was fine overall. Still room for growth at this location. Recommend more training is needed for other staff.
