The drop-off location was a tiny shop that shared the location with another business. The reason I mention that is because the staff was very helpful for a little 'mom-n-pop' shop. We were their only customer at the time we showed up and the staff dropped everything they were working on to focus on us. We were in-and-out in minutes with the assistance they provided.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had to call U-Haul Customer Service due to an error in processing my reservation. The local U-Haul Dealer was so patient and friendly. He made sure my equipment was functioning properly and double checked everything. Would definitely recommend this U-Haul Dealer and would use them again.
