Eliquin DWhen I arrived at the location, there was no available parking. Even the few open spots were unusable because nearby cars were improperly parked, making it impossible to return the vehicle correctly. I called customer service twice for help, but both times my calls were either dropped or no real assistance was provided. Overall, the return process was extremely stressful and disappointing.

Todd GI reserved two furniture dolly's weeks in advance. They did not provide 2 just 1 so I had go buy another one last minute and I was still charged for 2 furniture dolly rentals instead of just one. The employee was rude and told me that's just how it is in California you get charged but not guaranteed availability. I should have been charged for 2 utility dollys and 1 furniture dolly it's ridiculous to be charged for something that I wasn't given. Very disappointed

ELIZABETH LI had trouble in finding lock box code on the U-Haul App (about 10 min), but otherwise it was very nice. The staff at the place was very supportive to us.

He was a very nice young man who helped me check out and pick up the truck quickly. I wish I had gotten his name. He was very friendly and happy to help me. It was Thursday, 1/30/25, 1:22pm according to my receipt so if you know his name please pass along my thanks!

JACARRA CMy one-way rental did not include enough miles to the drop off. I was charged an additional $20 for additional miles even though I basically went straight to the Drop off - something is wrong/ fishy.
ALEXANDER MBiggest issue is that the app needs a lot of work. It made me enter a lot of information onsite that it should have let me enter prior to pickup. Then it made me go inside the gate and find my truck which was a long walk around the building. Then it made me walk all the way back to the office to get a key. Tried to cut through the storage area, but couldn't get to the other side. Had to go back the long way because the exit gate on that side was locked. Office was empty because the guy was out working on something so I had to call and wait. It took over half an hour just to pickup the truck.

ALI CHonestly can't believe I'm writing such a positive review about renting a U-Haul, but here I am. The U-Haul itself was a U-Haul.....nothing more, nothing less. It was what I ordered and everything about it was fine. What made the whole experience so positive was the guy that worked at this location (unfortunately, didn't get his name). He was helpful, engaging and just made the whole process actually.....enjoyable. Highly recommend renting from this location.

Katelynn SDon't engage in deceptive advertising. you are very good at making it look like the total estimated charge will not include miles. then one shows up, needing the vehicle, and one discovers one must pay for miles, something most people don't expect with a rental car and given what the "total" expected price should be according to your estimate. You do this because it is technically legal and it works, but it's a shady business practice. try to be better. i appreciate the efforts of the fellow in the office who called a manager and tried to help, to no avail.

ARJUN BThe employee was very rude. We asked where we should park our car and he indicated that there was a small lot on the exit side of the truck yard. After he pulled out U-Haul out for us, I asked if he could open the gate, thinking I would drive through (it was one-way) and find the exit lot. He snapped at me and said, "if you park inside the gate, you won't see your car again until tomorrow morning." Sarcastic and dismissive. He didn't ask why or explain kindly. What an asshole.

SARAH MEmployees/ customer service should be more knowledgeable about other locations inventory. Calling the 800 number is definitely the way to go. Tony from Florida customer serviced was very helpful and knowledgeable, she saved me from driving an extra hour m, instead of 10 minutes

SOPHIA CImprove the U-Haul accounting routine for processing credit card credits for returned/unused items. What typically takes just a few minutes at most merchants for such transactions took 3-4 times as long at U-Haul.

STEVEN DThe uhaul directions stated to first find the truck with the correct number and then go to the office. At this location, they bring the truck up for you which is very nice so it was a lot of extra walking to go find it and then go to the office.
