**Personnel rating: Store was closed (5pm on Saturday) when I dropped off the trailer at the ALL THINGS XTREME location, but I was able to navigate their rear parking area and disconnect trailer with no trouble.

The trailer reserved originally was supposed to be picked up in Chattanooga. They did not have the equipment in Chattanooga so I had to go to Signal Mountain. Once I got there, it was very efficient to get the trailer hooked to my truck and get me on my way.

I went to two different locations. The first was an actual U-Haul store where we went through the process and then informed me they didn't have a trailer for traveling out of state. He sent me to a certified dealer after that, but they didn't have the trailer he said they did. Luckily, I called U-Haul and they sent me to all things xtreme

Location was great; rental was outrageously expensive. Your odometer is off and the end mileage was much more than I actually drove. $1 per mile is highway robbery, especially when your odometer readings are faulty.

This location and owner was amazing. However when we went to pick up the truck the website was not working at it took us 45 minutes to get the code to unlock the truck. This is on Uhaul NOT this location.

This survey is only about the location, not about my experience with UHAUL which happened to be awful. I was unable to use the UHAUL app on my Android device. If I had not had an iPhone, I would not have been able to rent the truck. Further, all the photographs required by the application seemed and felt like "hoops" to jump through.
