First of all i went there well before the closing time and there was no one there...the place was CLOSED. Then i started instructions on my phone based on the key drop instructions. I have punch in the mileage and fuel instructions first. But that's not it, i have to take photos of the mileage and fuel. If i was going to take the photos; what's the point of entering data first. Then i have to take photos of the cab, inside, outside. Not happy

Recently I rented three things from uhaul. This place is one mile from my house but they were full the first 2 trucks so I had to drive an extra 25 minutes to another facility. So instead of a 2 minutes round trip it was a 50 min round trip after moving all day.

My first impression was less than stellar because the facility was closed when we arrived, even though the website said they had Saturday hours. I decided to try to call the number anyway. The man who answered was friendly and helpful and told me that everything would be done through my phone since he was actually closed. I was a bit apprehensive about it, but I was pleasantly surprised how easy the process was. There is a lot of information that needs to be entered to actually get to use the truck, but it was all very easy to do. It was a completely painless process and I will definitely do the 24/7 rental again.
