Josh was great but this UHAUL experience (probably my 10th one, I move a lot) was not.
Chad RParking is SUPER Tight.
SPENCER NI ordered a 20 foot truck and had to pick it up 30 miles away because no other locations had one. When I got to that location they told me I only had the truck for four hours when I believe I rented it for 8+. Then the movers that I hired through U-Haul stood me up. They never showed after I already paid them. I will never use U-Haul moving again.
PAIGE BThe location was fine and not a problem. The issue was with the scheduling which was awful! Why ask for a rental time if UHaul cannot honor it?! When traveling out of state for a one-way rental UHaul changes the time requested for the truck by over 5 hours from when the truck was requested! Tried to call to get this changed and faced very rude customer service. Would not recommend nor use UHaul again for one-way rental when pick up times matter as UHaul does not respect your time!

CAROLINE EClarity at checkout would be nice. Getting emails saying I didn't return the UHaul when it was sitting in the lot the entire time is annoying. I understand now there is a check-in feature. However, that falls under the scope of a UHaul employee. I'm using it and returning it; not checking it in like an attendant. Clarity on those roles and reasoning would be better in the future.

WILLIAM WThe windshield was dirty inside and outside. There was a sticky spill in the back of the truck that had to be cleaned up before loading. There was an exhaust leak that was very noisy. The driver's side cowl below the steering wheel was loose and hanging down.
KATHLEEN TMy reservation was for another location. This one was 30 minutes in the wrong direction. What is the point of a reservation if it's not where you need it and it's more expensive than advertised.

LAURA CJosh was very helpful and friendly. I was in-and-out quickly. My only complaint is the tight space for vehicles. Not easy to move a moving truck around.
DANIEL Sthe truck was dirty we went in told him he came out with a blower and did a half ass job but the back was still dirty and the front was also dirty and something white on passengers seat he said its ok we dont worry about it. somethings wrong with the truck it was acting like it didnt want to go they might want to check it out also the guy said if we brought it back early he would give us a discount we picked up at 11 am returned it at 415pm no discount that guys not real helpful bad bad bad.

JOHN Gwhen we went to pick up our truck, there was a computer glitch in the servers that caused a delay in the paper process. We understand that these things can happen and the rental agency handled the situation without frustration and communicated with us through the process.
ROBERT RDirty windshield on the inside but outside was clean. And they did a good job putting my car on a trailer, but didn't show me how to get it off and the ratchet strap didn't work when I tried to drop it off. had to take it to the recipient, and have them do it. Also, the drivers door kept alarming that it was open, but I had closed it tight I thought.

ROBERT WOur complaints are not with the individual pick up / drop off locations, but with U-Haul IT and Customer Service. The online account and app have my email address and phone number linked to someone else's account. I have had multiple calls to Customer service requesting that they unlink my data from the other profile. Although they claim that the unlink was successful, it was not. Therefore, when I was charged for extra miles we did not drive and that were not calculated by the scheduler, I was told there was no way to contest them because I did not use the app. There is no way I can use the app because it is linked to someone else's account that does not show my current trip and there is no way for me to gain access to my current trip. Not impressive!

I really appreciate the excellent customer service and I would definitely rent there again as well as recommend that location to anyone who needs a truck. Thank you Ryder!

There was zero customer service, he gave the bare minimum of the necessary information without a hint of friendliness. It felt like he was doing us a huge favor, whereas we paid for the service. The truck felt like it might break down at any moment. The cab was filthy.

MATTHEW KOwner was very helpful with getting fuses fixed on my personal truck so that I could get on the road with the rented trailer. He went over and above and I appreciate the effort.

Ruby CI reserved a 21 Dr truck but was given smaller 15ft truck so had to keep another day as it was too small to load everything. The truck was almost out of gas and barely running. It lurcked and acted like it would barely run, transmission sounded terrible as well. Terrible equipment.
Nancy BUhual has underperformed and under delivered on a massive scale. I was a big fan of Uhual until a couple of days ago. We confirmed a 26ft. truck for the day of our move, and on the day of pick up, we received a call from Uhual saying they only had a 10ft. truck for us. The Uhual representative was immediately combative, until she realized she was wrong, then apologized, but offered no recourse. The Uhual organization over-booked a 26ft. truck, then without admitting fault, offered a less than sub standard solution without so much as a "we're sorry "

Randi BThe young man at the counter was unfriendly and unhelpful. He wouldn't even walk out to the truck for the customer ahead of me who had questions. He referred everything to the emails and texts we received. Apart from taking payment, giving out keys to trucks, and scanning the drivers license, he appeared to not be able to do anything else.
