Sherry SVery dissatisfied with your gasoline refill policy.Rented with 3/4 of a tank. Drove approximately 104 miles. Guage dropped to approximately 1/2 tank. Started refilling and watched gas guage. It moved to 5/8 tank. Kept watching and filling and it didn't move. Pumped approximately $54 worth of gas and stopped. Then started truck and guage jumped to full. I over spent! You charge extra for not refilling the proper amount but do not give a refund for overfilling. Very dissatisfied with the rental for this reason. I was ripped off.

Ira CThese Uhaul trucks have really poor visibility for night time driving. The headlights were not bright enough and add to the rain it made my drive some more treacherous once we were outside of the big city.

Pamela GI was disappointed and greatly inconvenienced because when I tried to extend my rental, your website (via my account) said that the trailer was rented immediately after me- this was not true. I had to rent another trailer at another site to cover my work requirements which wasted much time and fuel. I certainly would not inconvenience another customer by returning my rental late, please be sure that your website has accurate information so that U-Haul doesn't inconvenience me.

U haul told me by noon would be ok no problem apparently that meant you will just charge you $40 (never said that it would cost) $95 over the $1200 I already paid that's how you treat a repeat customer I'll look elsewhere from now on.
