The best experience I've ever had with U-Haul.

Drop off person did not know how to remove car trailer from truck. I had to call a local, knowledgeable contractor to come remove the trailer so I could empty the truck. They also did not know how to complete return process without making a phone call. He was not able to verify that the truck was returned early so I would not be charged for the extra day. Did not check the inside cleanliness so I would receive the $25 refund either. There is a much larger U-Haul location nearer to my home which would have been more convenient and more knowledgeable.

This location should be removed from uhaul. First the manager was not even at the store, we had to wait for him. When he did arrive he started screaming and yelling at us. Second, the equipment was not ready. Windows ice and snow covered that we had to clean. The van door was iced over and had to have hot water poured on it. Third, the address is listed wrong with gps and there isn't a visible sign out front. Fourth, despite prepaying the manager wanted my credit card which based on his rudeness I refused to give. Fifth, the minimart it is associated with is filthy.

Drop off was very easy, gas station onsite so no problem returning with 1/4 tank. The U Haul rep took care of all the check in procedures and confirmed everything with me.

It's just a convenience store. You have to self-return, as the clerk didn't know the procedures and had to call the owner.

The pick up location was filthy. The man couldn't get the back open because it was frozen shut so when I got it open at my house it was full of dirt. The blankets he Gave me to use were moldy with obvious brown ick and all but two of them were frozen solid in the brown ick. The man was really friendly though and he tried his best but I would not use this location or recommend it to anyone.

Truck was not ready, partially my fault as selected pm not am on the pick up time but then could not get license to scan in so pick up was rushed. I ended up being over charged for a dolly I didnt get, furniture pads I didnt get and both milelage and gas. Next time I will mark both milelage and gas prior to leaving store. The truck was great the service was not and the location run down

I am trying to find out about my rental charges. I o my had the uhaul for one day and want to make sure that I was only charged for one day.

The attendant didn't seem to know much about the process, was difficult to understand, and gave use inaccurate information.

Very bad pickup experience, I have spoken to a rep too much to list here. I will be using Penske in the future.
