Well we first showed up at the location closest to our house. Got all signed in and ready to go to have the vehicle light to come on as if there was an issue. We had to go to the next closest location which took additional time. We had paid labor waiting at our house for the move. Oh ya I wanted to pick up at 9 and was called the night before to delay it until 9:30. I asked for a credit going to the new location in Macedon Center. I have yet to see a revised receipt with the credit for the 20 miles as promised. Please issue a credit.

Robert MI had several issues with my reservation and when I attempted to make changes it created additional problems. The two individuals I worked with at the pickup/dropoff location expressed little interest in helping me. When I picked up the vehicle, it was making an extremely loud sound when backing up - this continued during the rental. I was charged a $15.00 "insurance" charge that I attempted several times online to deselect and was almost charged for picking the truck up a day early becuase of the issues trying to make/adjust the reservation. This was by far the worst experience I've had renting a truck from U-Haul.
Michael DThe staff member at the Always Mart was very helpful and professional. Their was a group before me in line that was struggling with the forms and he was patient and helpful with them. Kudos to your staff.
Michael GThe attendant asked if I wanted to use my insurance or pay for it and I specifically asked to just use my own because I was only going 10 miles. He then charged for insurance. I contacted U-Haul and thankfully they refunded me for the charge.
