There really isn't anything to say about this location. They were closed for the day already and all I did was put the keys in the drop box.
Jeffrey MThere was a missing knob for temperature adjustment. The display for the radio didn't work. This was not an old truck. Site associates were great.

I walked in to her dealing with a difficult customer and she handled it completely perfect and did not show any signs of frustration nor did she give an attitude back to the customer. I am in management and know a great employee when I see one you guys need to hold on to her.
MICHAEL HHave automatic windows. In this day and age with the amount you charge include a toll pass and if it exceeds an amount charge the customer.

CURTIS Jwas not informed that if I rent for a certain amount of days and I drop off truck early I do not get that money back! In other words I rented truck for 6 days and dropped truck off 3 days early and I still was charged for six days! It was a one way rental from Arizona to Lexington Ky…it was not explained that I would have to pay for 6 days no matter what!!! If it had I would not have rented it for 6 days! And when I was on phone with representatives I was told too bad!!!…it's a package deal! Had I known I would have picked a different option! Terrible customer service!!!

RICHARD SReturned equipment one day early (Saturday afternoon) but lady did not have time to check me in so was unable to close account while I was present. She called on Monday afternoon saying a blanket was missing 2 days after return and they were not folded which I could have folded had I been told. I also must say I lost the contract so returned it to the closest UHaul store to my destination which was different than contract.
Marly HThey cheated me out of miles. I live 2 miles from pickup. From there 5 miles. Total miles drove is approximately 14 miles and I got charged for 26 miles.

Austin SThe employee was very helpful and had my equipment checked-in quickly. She didn't offer to help me in unhooking the trailer from my vehicle, apparently assuming (incorrectly) that I had someone with me to help. Once she saw that I was dropping off the trailer by myself, she was quick to come out and help me, as the front of the trailer was very heavy and not the easiest for one person to manage. I very much appreciated her help.
