Ronald WEverything went smoothly at Andy's Party Store where I picked up the trailer .Some hiccups with online ordering had to be handled with one of your agents by phone. However I was notified my order had been cancelled. So I had to call again to reinstate the order.

DAVID FLockbox to pick up keys is not by the front door as indicated in the pick up instructions. It is near the gas pumps. Key slot on drop off box is too thin to receive some of the keys (at least the one I had). Had to really shove the key in the slot.

AUSTIN MAndy where we picked up was awesome - however Uhaul over charged me, I had to call and get that adjusted then they said we did not drop off the trailer, however we did and on time. They could not find it and charged my card an additional $40 for their mistake. I am still waiting for that to be resolved.
MARGARET ANeed a little organization in the yard. A little mowing wouldn't hurt either. The sale woman was helpful and knowledgeable. She stayed over her regular hours just to get me on the road.

Alan KI had to go to Andy's party store to rent a car transport trailer coming from St Ignas Mi. Crossing the Machinaw Toll bridge, then go back over the toll bridge and paid double fare. No one way trailers were available in St Ignas all the way up to Soo St. Maria Mi.

JOHN ACustomer service was great with any person I spoke to with U-haul, very friendly and helpful! The truck exhaust was very loud, it's a long ride like that, the place where I pick the truck up should have known that! The online check in and out was great, once I figured out how to use the app better, the app could use a couple wording changes but was very convenient.

Daniel KAndy's Party Store was the closest available location to our home. The actual Party Store facility was dirty, poorly maintained overall and there was a layer of dust on the expired 2 liter bottles and canned goods for sale. The lady that helped us with the rental was vary nice and efficient and she was the only reason we had any confidence. The truck we were assigned had large scratches and patches but we documented the conditions on the App.

Joan MThe appearance might not be what you expect, but good service and large inventory of UHaul equipment. I have rented from a more appealing appearance location, but the equipment had issues and they sent me to Andy to have it resolved.

Heather WAllow return to be any uhaul location. There is literally a location right across the street from my destination, but was required to drive 25 minutes south and pay tolls for crossing a bridge.
