Gary ZNot a regular one way drop point in UHaul’s system but convenient for me to avoid 70 mile round trip drop somewhere else. I haul told me they would leave the drop point TBD in the system when I picked it up and I could drop anywhere convenient for me . It took two days of phone calls and visits to the drop point to get it sorted out with UHaul . In the end no additional cost but a lot of personal time to sort out. Seperatley I had rented a one way 15’ from Detroit to Chicago a month earlier . I selected a convenient drop in Chicago that was pre approved by UHaul. The day before the drop a UHaul rep called to say I had to drop at another location 20 miles away as my original choice had no room to accept. This would be a huge inconvenience with traffic adding another two hours to my trip. I ignored the request and dropped as originally agreed where they did have plenty of space . I think UHaul was just using me for their own logistics problem. If they want to move a truck to another location they should a remade on their own not me.
Philip CExcellent customer service dealer location. Very friendly and helpful. This dealer is a very big Asset to a poor customer service eccentric company.
WAYNE JDealer was very polite and everything went great, I have rented many hauls before with no problems, but this was one of the best experiences to date.
