I only rated Average because of the location, specifically. The facility itself was clean, well organized, easy to maneuver in/around, the staff was friendly and patient through all of my questions. The location is difficult to get into/out of as the driveway is 2/3 of the way up a hill, so there is major blind spots when pulling out.

Truck was fine. Employee was friendly There weren't any moving blankets available She would only sell us ONE box when she had 10. Why?

Every time I have dealt with U-Haul, they always find something extra to charge you for. It's never what they advertise or say I will never ever unless forced to use them again and I do not recommend them at all. Beware

First of all it is a public place that they stated they don't have a restroom and I had to go bad very uncomfortable! And of course the auto hauler was not hooked up and ready to go. Not the best customer service!!!

Have people to talk to and check over the truck. Us elderly people aren't used to doing everything through our phone.

Overall good experience. Only issue we had was getting our account closed. We moved out and gave notice on 12/21/24 via "contact us"on the website. I got a reply thanking me for letting them know the unit was left unlocked. I noticed they still charged me the full amount in January. I stopped by the office and was assured that was how things worked and that I would credited. Was charged full amount again in February! So I called on 2/4/25 ND now they are showing that date as our move out. Need to call and get this straighted out. They already changed our 15 days notice when we rented to 30.days.

Everything went well. The truck was in excellent condition and the lady at the desk was super nice! The only suggestion I have would be to remind the customer to get their dolly if they rented one. I left without it and had to go back for it. I realized it quickly, so it wasn't a problem. I would highly recommend this location. There were no hidden fees; everything was very straightforward and hassle free. 

I retuned the rental @ 4:45 P.M. The store hours says 10;00 A.M. to 5: P.M. Still my emailed receipt shows a $ 20 after hours fee. I just used the truck from 3:30 P.M. to 4:45 P.M.

Car dolly break line was faulty and malfunctioned shortly after picking up, locking the breaks. While driving on the highway, the tail light completely fell off.

Not the location, but Uhaul in general really pissed me off this trip. My reservation for pickup was moved to a different location without notice. The same thing happened with dropoff. I reserved a certain location because it's right next to my new apartment and was told I can leave it at any Uhaul location. Well, my dropoff point was moved so I had to reattach to the trailer and move it well across town because, again, Uhaul moved the location without notice. I would like to be able to count on things like the moving company amongst the stress of moving!

This was absolutely the worst experience I've had with U-Haul. This location didn't have what I had orginally reserved online and didn't communicate that until we were there to pick up. The lady checking us out made a comment to the storage customers that the U-Haul customers kept interrupting their business. Not to mention she was very rude and dismissive. They are also shady about their drop off times to hustle you for extra fees.

You guys overcharged me because the front desk lady did not know what time I got there. She said they only check the cameras if they going to show something to the police so I guess is better just to overcharged the costumer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The unit was dirty & had water bugs & dead beetles inside. We also still had to pay a full month's rent even though we only used the facility for 8 days into the month.

Right from the start I knew I had a storage place that was perfect and almost three years of excellent service I recommend this business! People who care !

Had my whole apartment stored in a non-temperature controlled 8x10 unit for 10 months through freezes and extreme heat. When I took everything out, only dirt was from some June bugs on the ground. All my belongings were just as I left them, and checking in and out was very simple, and the price was the best in the area! 10/10 experience, would recommend.
