Only truck there. However had a MAJOR issue with the GPS on the app. Needed the location service to find us so we could proceed in the app and open the lock box. It had the pick up spot in the storage area that was like 100yards or more away and locked behind a fence. After probably the 10th attempt somehow the app finally proceeded. What a pain.

For a storage unit, this place was pretty solid! We never had any issues, always felt like our stuff was safe and secure, and left with all of our things just like how we put them in there!

Staff, cleanliness & accessibility is very good! Downside was our 2 storage units were broken into & the security cameras were of no help in identifying thieves.I would recommend storage here if there were additional steps taken to insure storage area was secure from thieves

The storage building that we were placed was filthy with piles of bird poop all around the storage building floors and on the stored vehicles in that building. We complained multiple times over the 4 years that we stored our RV but the management did not do anything to clean up the piles of bird poop or pursue anything to rid the birds from the storage area. Over time the wind blew across the piles of bird poop and created significant poop dust that spread across everything in the building. We constantly noticed that no other buildings had the bird issue that our building had. Our storage area was disgusting, filthy, and a health hazard.

We had a very nice lot for our motorhome and was a great convenience for us. The only reason for giving up the lot was because we have sold our motorhome. Merci.

I actually reserved the vehicle at 'U-Haul Moving & Storage of Millard Stonybrook' online but found out the day before that U-Haul changed the pick-up location. The original location was a couple of miles from my house while the new pickup location was over 11 miles away during rush-hour traffic. This posed issues for my moving crew who were supposed to arrive 30 minutes after the pick-up time. In addition, the new location was unmanned during the pick up time while the original location was already open. The truck had under 32 000 miles on it and the cruise control did not work at all and it was a long trip. In addition, there was no manual in the truck and the check engine light came on during the trip. Without a manual, we couldn't check to see what the issue was and could not see how to turn on the headlights.
