Still disappointed trucks have no cruise control! Also, test drive as my truck pulled left and 2 hrs into trip my wrists we're already tired and sore.

The location is in a internet dead spot. It makes after hours dropoff difficult. But staff was very helpful over the phone to get my equipment checked in.
Jared JNo one there. Office locked up. Instructions on the key box did not work. No one answered the phone that was posted on the door. Called U-haul central office customer service. Really nice gal. She tried to locate someone. No luck. Finally, after about 45 minutes of this, the nice lady at Customer Service told me to just park the truck, take pictures of it for damage, put the key in the drop box, and leave. I did as instructed and in an e-mail, got a check in notice. I understand someone having to leave an office, but not answering a phone when it's posted on the door, that's not cool. It is my thought this dealer needs to be evaluated.
THOMAS WThe check out experience was fast and prompt. The truck was clean and filled with gas. Ran great!
Philip NOnly truck there. However had a MAJOR issue with the GPS on the app. Needed the location service to find us so we could proceed in the app and open the lock box. It had the pick up spot in the storage area that was like 100yards or more away and locked behind a fence. After probably the 10th attempt somehow the app finally proceeded. What a pain.
