Picking up and dropping off my rental at Arner stop was easily my best experience with a U-Haul rental. The owner was very friendly and helpful despite having a very busy store at the time of pickup. Drop off was also a very smooth process and you can't beat the convenience of being able to replace the used gasoline right at the drop off location. I highly recommend this location for your rental.

Wesley LAsjad, the site owner and operator was phenomenal. Not only did he help with connection of the trailer to my jeep, he suggested another day rental to avert an early morning return - talk about customer service. I would recommend you provide the trailer jack tho to each outlet - the 6 by 12's are very heavy and its unreasonable to expect customers alone to hook up the trailer. Fast, friendly customer service - highly recommended.

TIMOTHY SThey have a 10ft truck it was clean both front and back. I like that the inside window and mirrors were also clean giving the driver a clear view. The staff are very kind and respectful. The truck drove excellent. They have a orange box to drop key after hours. All in all this place made moving less stressful. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this truck from this location. Definitely 5/5
SHAWN BThere was a technological issue, but instead of waiting even longer (process took an hour) -- as the customer, I had to troubleshoot the issue myself. Perhaps staff that is working at the location, should be trained properly so as to not have to call for help and be on the telephone the entire time. Her phone rang at least five times while helping me, and she responded to at least double that amount of incoming messages. Very poor customer service.

JOHN WNew retailer, Great Service. Had block to support trailer arm making easier for connection. On return - gentlemen saw me arriving and came out to assist. You still should have some kind of jack system on all trailers to support lifting to connect to vehicles and removal.
MARTYN IAs a longtime customer of you all to get hit with you have to supply character references is a little bit ridiculous I think that's on the corporation. Your dealers are excellent people.
