Dropped vehicle during closed hours. I'm sure the people are nice. The outside was clean and clear direction.

Victoria FIt took a long time to get the keys. It would have been helpful if we knew to do the steps needed ahead of time so we could have just should up and retrieved the keys and been on our way. Our trip was delayed about 1/2 hour.

Jennifer DThe store owner warned me that the cell signal for mobile check in was not very good at the location. He told me to go next door to the McDonalds to use their wifi. Neither worked, so I had to call customer service and this delayed my pick-up by almost an hour. I think it is pretty ridiculous that the operator of this UHaul location doesnt have their own wifi so that these problems could be averted.

Nicole RThe uhaul truck was available in a timely manner. There was an issue with closing the door, a part in the door assembly fell off and was unable to close the door, needed to use a nylon rope to keep it closed. Complained to the location manager and he gave me the regular credit plus an extra credit for the rental and also followed up the next day. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Luke KApp struggled to load and would freeze causing me to have to start paperwork over multiple times. Cell signal in area is spotty so hard to utilize app. Process flow has me going between truck and key box which weren't close. Order of operations should be reviewed.
Kyle JThe location was closed and there was no parking spot available. I had to wait for 10-15 minutes for a customer of the self storage to show up and opened the gate to the self storage lot and I was able to take the truck in that parking lot for dropping off and then wait for someone to open the gates to come out off their parking lot. Very very inconvenient and frustrating experience. I was earlier supposed to drop off at a different location and I was told that location does not have a spot for me to drop off and instead I need to go this other lot which was further away for me and when I got there, there was no space outside to drop off the truck. If no one had showed up for self storage access, I would have been stuck there.

Tammy DMy son left his wallet in the uhaul van by mistake. I called the manager and left a VM after hours. He called me right back, and opened the uhaul van so we could retrieve his wallet. Great service from Ashland Uhaul on Nickerson RD!!!! I give him a 10!!!
