The location was closed and there was no parking spot available. I had to wait for 10-15 minutes for a customer of the self storage to show up and opened the gate to the self storage lot and I was able to take the truck in that parking lot for dropping off and then wait for someone to open the gates to come out off their parking lot. Very very inconvenient and frustrating experience. I was earlier supposed to drop off at a different location and I was told that location does not have a spot for me to drop off and instead I need to go this other lot which was further away for me and when I got there, there was no space outside to drop off the truck. If no one had showed up for self storage access, I would have been stuck there.
