U-Haul decided that it's worth a $600 extra charge for me to drop the truck off at another U-Haul location. This is an outrageous amount of money and you should be ashamed of yourself for being a part of a company that behaves in such and unethical way. You could pay your own personnel and pay for gas to get there and easily cover the cost with a lesser fee. You don't have to be that harsh. You will never get my business again

I ordered an appliance dolly but they only had a regular dolly which I had at home so that wasn't helpful in moving a large refrigerator. Only needed a 10 ft truck but they only had a 15 ft. Online should reflect local availability
Sheralyn ZMake sure equipment is clean and not charging a customer 100 bucks for cleaning. I want my money back ,ridiculous.
Mark SMake sure when they give out a vehicle the loading area is clean. If the dispatcher fills out the paper work, they enter correct time for the return time so the customer doesn't get another charge. Having the staff that was more knowledgeable the website might help. That would result in more business.

Charles GNo one had any idea what they were doing. Thankfully I brought in my sheet that I got when I picked up the 20' truck which they used that and I never received it back. I figured it would take probably about 10 minutes to return because thats all it took to at pickup but no, I was there for 40 minutes. 15 of those I was just standing around because the only person that knew how to do the return was on lunch (my fault i returned it at 10 instead of 2). My card that I had on file was hacked with fraud because I was trying to change my address online and come to find out I wasnt on the correct site. But they let me leave and had a guy from another store call me. I just dont want to see them do this again and get ripped off if the person has to change card on file.
