ALEXANDER NThe u-haul attendant lady was pissed that I returned a 26 ft truck to the Lincoln lot and said they did not accept 26 ft truck returns - I showed her my invoice and it clearly stated this was the drop off location - she still insisted she did not take 26 ft truck returns and said there was no pace to park it - I found a place in their lot and told her I did - She still was pissed that I was drooping the truck off there - I asked her if she had another solution she said take it back where you got it it - I advised her I was not going to take it back too Newport and pay the mileage and gas. This lady caused a 0-15 minute return into a 45min return "Not Pleased" very poor customer service in both places
RALPH HIt was very weird that in addition to needing a credit card, they had to call two people for references. Especially, when they had me on file and I’ve never even returned a truck late.
Charles BThe location in Lincoln, ME was average. The UHaul experience was terrible. They didn't have the truck they said I would have, the truck had NO RAMP. The uploading of driver's license was cumbersome. 10 out of 10 I do NOT reccomend UHaul.
