Owner met me after hours on a weekend to help get me set up. He was very friendly and made pickup simple! Interior of the truck was very dirty from previous customer.

Great experience! The rental was easy, the vehicle was clean, and the staff was helpful. Would definitely use U-Haul again. 5 stars!

Edward MBring back the option to have paid employees and contractors of uhaul to do inspections and such. Customers shouldn't be responsible for verifying truck condition and more. I dont have a smart phone. Renting with uhaul without it is a laborious ordeal

john pI was forced to drive 5 hours for equipment I had reserved 2 months prior. I was told this the day before scheduled pickup. The location rep was east to deal with but uhaul itself is unreliable and I would suggest never depending on them for something important

Richard BMy original pickup location was 1/2 hour outside Thunder Bay,Ontario. I received an email the day before my scheduled pickup time changing the pickup location to Terrace Bay. Terrace Bay is 2 1/2 hours away from Thunder Bay. I called the dealer in Terrace Bay to confirm he had a trailer and he called me back and told me he found one. Disappointed that Uhaul sent to so far away to get this trailer I proceeded to make the long drive to get it. When I arrived in Terrace Bay the dealer told me the trailer wasn't there. It was back in Thunder Bay. So I drove a total of 5 hours for nothing. Drove back to Thunder Bay to get the trailer. I feel Uhaul should reimburse me for the extra $70 in fuel I used, not to mention the time I wasted. I don't 100 % blame the dealer in Terrace Bay, but Uhaul as a company for making my drive so far to get the trailer. 2 1/2 hours away from your original pickup location is unacceptable. I had no choice as I needed to move out and head to another province.
Kevin MThe Uhaul Dealer was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. The only problem was the availability of 6x12 trailers. Had to drive for 2 hours to the only location that had a trailer.
Walter BThe truck rental coordination is ridiculous. I booked almost 2 weeks in advance only to be given less that 12 hours short notice. Had to spend 200$ in gas, and lose 2 hours of my day. The truck had no dolly. I was told I could do the online truck pick up as soon as I arrived and when I got there spent over an hour on the phone while someone to give me the information to get my vehicle. They had oxy acetylene tanks and welders in the laneway if anyone were to have hit them or knocked them over they would have turned into a rocket and possibly killed someone. I had to drive around them to leave.
