RICHARD WThe office at Baer Storage closed at 12:00pm. I confirmed this would be my drop-off location, and to be there by 1:00pm. The rental truck was dropped off around 12:30pm. The issue, not major, was there wasnt a clear place marked as to where to park it.

CHRIS PIt's not really clear where the trailers are to be dropped off. It's a huge lot and I see a lot of trailers, but I didn't know if this size trailer should be parked with others the same size or anywhere. There was no one there when I dropped it off.

BRIAN ENothing, everything went smoothly, got the move done within the operating hours, and having the gas station within a couple blocks helped make sure the tank was full after use.

CHARLES DU haul should lower their mileage rate. At a $1,19 per mile the rental fee adds up quick.

BRIAN BMy only issue is the trailer lights did not work. We tested them prior to leaving the lot and when coming back to drop off the indicator on my dash showed that the lights were not working. No turn signals or brake lights. I am not certain what the problem was, but that is not too safe.
SCOTT PWhat a difference between Progress Dr. location and Good Hope one. I actually told the Progress Dr. employee "you need to expand this location because your other one is terrible". I will highly recommend the West Bend location but will tell everyone steer clear of Milwaukee!
