I was having trouble connecting to the location for mobile check in. The person at the location was not pleased, as she indicated she was getting ready to leave, sorry I inconvenienced her; she could not have been more rude. Not at all pleased with the experience, and will think twice about using U-Haul again.

The rental/pickup/return process was economical, fast and easy. But wondering why the fine print in the rental agreement stated that U-HAUL doesn't rent trailers to Ford Explorer owners. This caused me to worry that on the day I picked it up that I'd be told I couldn't rent the trailer. But no problems in the end.

The only problem we had with the Uhaul trailer was it leaked rain water through the divets and tie down rings and some of our boxes got wet. When we called Uhaul roadside assistance they came even with a major thunderstorms and helped us get another Uhaul trailer.

Not related to Baer Storage, but my trailer reservation time and location was not honored. It was cancelled / moved time twice in the 30 hours before scheduled pickup. I had to drive 50 minutes (110 round trip) to pick up a trailer to get it the morning I reserved. This was uhaul central scheduling. This was not acceptable.

I did notice that there was a nail in the back tire on the passenger side! I/we did not hear or notice any leak on the tire - but you may want to keep an eye on it OR get it looked at!?

This is the second time I've rented a trailer. The couple was very nice and even inspected my hitch before I hit the road. The whole transaction only took 5 minutes.

Was told to park and drop my trailer in a spot myself and unhook after I stood waiting 15min. I'm a senior citizen but so ok I did. Went back inside and hes helping people that came in 25 minutes after me!!!! Tells me he will email my receipt as soon as he finishes with those people. Fine, I'm still waiting over 24 hours later. I've used uhaul several times this year and planned on several more times but I'm done. Very disappointed..

Truck was a piece of junk. The steering was so loose and sloppy it was all over the road. I was constantly over correcting the steering to get it to go straight. And the weatherstrip around the drivers door was loose and every time i opened the door it fell off. So now I had to take extra time to re-attach it.
