ANGEL PWaited two hours to pick up a uhaul. Need to close this location. Staff just like to walk out and go about their business while people are waiting for pickup
Francesa CWhen I received the truck, it smelled terrible (like marijuana). Also, I found a small bag with a needle and condoms, soda cans, etc. under the pilot seat. You should clean the cabin before rent the truck.
Marco CI received the van dirty, with no gas and I was charged for this. Nobody told me to do a check out when I returned the van.
Sergio HThe truck was very dirty, with dark stains in tha seats and floor and there was a lot of debris in the cargo area. This was not my first time using this company but it was this time the truck had some damages that I did not cause but the person who received the truck told me there were some missing stickers that next time it will not happen

Create a motto about how clients should be treated and if not followed fire them!! You better start caring about your clients or this company will be fucked eventually it's inevitable. I may start a company to rival this trash company and based mine on the customer. U-Haul is trash and you all think we need y'all. The people always prove you corporations wrong every time. You will be the next up to find out the customer is always right.

Ivan STried to change locations. First they weren't able to tell me the fee. That's terrible considering the pickup location was changed for me. Then, they couldn't change the location. Poor customer service. I will not be using uhaul company in the future or recommending it to my friends.
Stefanie KI booked a 15' truck from 8 am for 12 hours and got there by 10am since some important work came up, only to find that they didn't have a 15" truck since they re rented it to someone else? What's the point of booking in advance then? Also this is the second time this happened to me and I had to do an extra trip just to take all my stuff. Very unhappy with UHaul, will definitely book a truck from Home Depot going forward.

ALDEANE DOne individual who helped us detach my car from the auto transport was friendly and helpful. The other workers were not very helpful and the area is ghetto. Watch out for 18 wheelers!

Emile RI was unhappy with the $85 gas charge. I did not bring this vehicle in under the mark that was given to me. Not only was a charged for gas but on top I was charged $30 for a fee. That is not fair. I loaded the car up with $40 of gas and it was already given to me with less than half a tank making it very inconvenient to have to go directly to the gas station.
