This was a drop off and the attendant refused to take the trailer. She said I could only drop off after 1:00 when the hours were posted 9:00 am. I did an online drop off and informed her and she requested a $20 cash payment for early drop off which I refused to pay. I called the help line which informed me I did not have to pay an early drop off fee. Both places make me question to use U-Haul in the future instead of Penske.

The owner for the store was present at the moment of transaction, he allowed me to park my car in the store was very convenient. The staff are very professional and friendly trained well. Very good . This location I recommend 100 % . U-Haul look your Preston 40219 store I went and they have several trucks available and they den-aided give a service you are losing money in this location need better workers.
Rudy MWe had the 26' and the interior of the haul area was horrible.. it was dirty the cab of the truck was dirty. It whole vehicle needed a good cleaning.

Jared Hstrap on the dolly was cut almost completely through. This made it unsafe to use. Had to call for a tow truck since I could not use the dolly and did not want to wait for roadside assistance from u-haul as we did not feel the safest where we were located.

Brian SMake sure to let them know they need pictures of the mileage and all of the internal cab before turning the keys back in. We didn’t know we had to do all of that and turned the keys in. Also this location is a good drop off location definitely not a pick up location unless you have/want to do it mobile.

I asked about a receipt. He was rude just said you will get by email. I won't go back to this location. I think I deserve a discount for the service and rudeness

john mThe person who checked the truck in noted the wrong fuel level so that, combined with the fact that we had inadvertently changed the fuel tank level while we were trying to figure out how to submit the odometer photo when we picked the truck up, caused a huge charge on our card. After seeing that charge, we went back to the drop off location and they verified the fuel level then called U-Haul. The U-Haul representative and the local person were able to figure out what happened and correct both the pick-up and drop-off fuel levels so the fuel charge was refunded. They were very helpful and we appreciate their efforts.

Jamie JService was horrible!! Did not have the truck I rented and had to get a bigger size. I know this may sound crazy but getting the bigger size damaged a few not much but did. I returned 30 minutes later than expected get charged an extra and they were kind enough to add a cleaning fee even though truck was returned in exact condition I took. Not to mention was also charged a utility tool fee that I never received!! Uhaul is quick to take your money but when getting refund they say it can take up to 48 hours. Very disappointed in the service of Uhaul and their respected dealers. Would not recommend and of course next time will be Penske or Budget for sure!!!

Alicia MI called to cancel. Spoke to 2 different people who said it was canceled but I still got billed because the Uhaul trailer was marked 'deployed'. I never picked it up or left even visited this location. How can I get this fixed?
Clay HThe trailers brakes were terrible. I almost jacknifed it on a bridge when the surrounding traffic stopped quickly, they did not work. As an RV owner with many years of trailer experience I know how to drive a trailer and these brakes were terrible. I kept my '2000 foot stare' up for the entire trip.
Michael CThe gentleman either pretended to or didn't speak English well enough to understand my questions. He attempted to increase my rental fee which I had prepaid by $110! I had to call Uhaul to straighten this out. He was friendly and polite. The equipment was clean. He did not know proper hookup for trailer (luckily I did).

Raymond ERequire updates on mechanical maintenance/upkeep of vehicles. My rental had service stabilitrak alert/ service tire pressure alert/ engine speed reduce alert. Would only go 35/40 up a small hill. I had traffic backed up. I had to keep pulling off to allow traffic by.
