Upon picking the truck up the inside crumbs all over the middle seat and floor boards were dirty. The back of the truck was not cleaned out. There was dirt all over like a flower pot or something got tipped over and nobody bothered to sweep it out. There was an appliance dolly back there that was not fastened down. Not sure if you guys don’t do that anymore though, but there no mount in the back of the truck for the appliance dolly so it’s not sliding everywhere.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAgent was professional and nice. The truck smelled of cat urine in the cab. Disgusting!! The engine has a bad exhaust gasket leak or is about to blow. The driver seat was not adjustable. Once I grabbed the seat lever. I got great or something on my fingers. Frustrating!!!! Luckily I was only intown traveling about 10 miles and in a hurry. This chevy is trash. Do better!!
matthew gWe picked up the truck with little issue. But the equipment which I ordered WEEKSSSSS prior to pickup was not available. Like in what world is that acceptable? This experience has made me sure I'll never use U-haul again, and I'll make sure that all of my friends, colleagues, and family never use U-haul.
