Truck was super easy to drive. Left the truck in the same condition I received it. Easy pick up and easy drop off.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Service! Excellent experience at this U-Haul location. The staff was friendly and efficient, the truck was clean, and the whole process was quick . Highly recommended!
OSCAR ARenting was quick and easy. Employee was helpful in backing up to the trailer. The only thing I should have asked for is a printed contract as I registered through uhaul customer service phone number. The lot is pretty small and it took a little bit to turn around, but they make good use for the space and was not difficult to leave with the trailer.
JOHN MThis was a drop off and the attendant refused to take the trailer. She said I could only drop off after 1:00 when the hours were posted 9:00 am. I did an online drop off and informed her and she requested a $20 cash payment for early drop off which I refused to pay. I called the help line which informed me I did not have to pay an early drop off fee. Both places make me question to use U-Haul in the future instead of Penske.
Roy NThe owner for the store was present at the moment of transaction, he allowed me to park my car in the store was very convenient. The staff are very professional and friendly trained well. Very good . This location I recommend 100 % . U-Haul look your Preston 40219 store I went and they have several trucks available and they den-aided give a service you are losing money in this location need better workers.
