My problem was that I had reserved a 15 foot truck at the Mt Washington location since it was 4 miles from my home. I got a email confirmation that the truck would be at the MW location. When i went to pick it up, there was only a 26 foot truck available I did not want that size plus they get worse gas mileage that would cost me more Ended up going to Shepherdsville 8,3 miles west of MW to get a 20 ft truck So at.99 cents a mile plus the gas , this cost me more than 25 dollars in additional cost. Was told that I would get $50 rental guarantee but it will take Up to 3 days to process. Guess i will wait to see if that is sone type of credit

MICHAEL CThe only reason I said no is because the equipment wasn't maintained at all. It's one of the worst car dollies I have ever rented and I rent them all the time. It either has a bent rim because it bounced around when I was driving and that's not normal for it to bounce, and the tires are in very bad shape. That is a dangerous trailer and it needs to be removed from Service to be repaired but other than that, the location was excellent, and the people were very friendly.

DAVID STheir system was not working properly to rent and they always have trouble with it they said and it took nearly 45min and we had to call Uhaul in which I had to provide that number. Most importantly they sid not secure and tighten the unit onto the ball hitch and it came completely off the ball not even 10pm from the site on I65 going side to side jerking with semis on both sides of us. Thank GOD I was able to keep control of my CRV and pull to the side of the road with no one being harmed or killed. I called the location and they sent a young Hispanic man who put it back in and tightened it down this time. We receive no apologies nothing!
