Location was 30 miles from my initial location. I had scheduled a trailer at one UHaul location, only to be told that the trailer was not available. I called the Customer Service Team, who was able to locate another trailer for me in Hahnville, LA. Wasn't the most attractive location but Salesman at location was very helpful and was able to provide me with a trailer to get me on my way.

Almost dropped key in the drop box before looking at the drop off procedure, and use of the app. It would be useful to mention at the pick-up location, that if dropping at a location without agents present, the necessity of using the phone app to document the conditions of the return. The App was helpful and easy to follow. I did not use it until the final drop off.
