The truck return process could be a little shorter..it's Alot to deal with especially if you return the truck late at night. I was there for a while just taking pictures in the dark

Had to make a new reservation while there to be able to get the truck. U-Haul representatives were not helpful.

Kelvin Rthis is not about the pick up location.,the reservation that was made at another location the company have to do better .there was no vehicle there no one care to inform me of that fact ,hadi not called before i went i ..would have travelled 9 plus miles for nothing
