Had an awful experience with uhaul. Reserved a truck for a Sunday pickup. Received confirmation email. Drove 1,5 hours to the pickup location. There were 2 trucks there but no one could get me the keys. Ridiculous! Horrible experience. Would never recommend uhaul.

This 'business' is an old, used tollbooth dropped in an unmarked gravel lot next to the train tracks in a rust town. No one is actually stationed inside the tollbooth box, there were zero workers anywhere. There are no lights, signs, security cameras, or anything that indicated this was a real place of business and not just a vacant lot. I did not choose to use this location, UHaul changed our reservation pickup to this lot 30 miles from us. UHaul Corporate really needs to physically drive out there and do a site inspection to see this for themselves.

Location was supposed to be open 11-4 but they were closed. Had to switch to mobile pickup and didn't get to have the dolly I paid for (still haven't gotten my refund) the key was jammed into the lock box we couldn't get it out! There was other people there same time as me and their key wasn't even in their lock box!! Just overall a horrible experience for more than just myself

Remove the option for in person pick up at this location. No one was there to assist us and it took a 20 minute phone call to fi d out how to get the code for our keys since I had initially selected the in person pick up option. Then another 20 minutes of taking photos of the truck out in the snow. I would have chosen another location rather than done a mobile pick up so this was very frustrating!

I was to drop my rental off at 3pm, the location was to be open from noon to 4, 1st issue was I couldn't find the location, called the # and a women who sounded to be in her 90's answered the phone and could give me no information other than her son took care of that. When I finally found the location it was a 4x6 foot shed in a gravel parking lot. There was no one around, and I had no idea what I needed to do. I locked the vehicle and dropped the key in the key drop, which was a metal box bolted to the outside of the shed. You should pull this "franchise immediately "!!

No one there and had no heads up on how to get the key. Had no dolly on a 20 foot truck. But U-Haul customer service walked me through it and fixed the issues! Not an easy process at all! Easier to drop off then pick up!
