Thomas MThis particular truck really rough driving sound like the transmission was about ready to go. I put $20 gas back in it. It probably would've held three more dollars and I got charged almost $12 just for three more dollars of gas. I don't think I'll use this location again.

Ahnesty OI was unaware nobody would be present at the drop off location, would have been nice to have drop off instructions when I picked up the uhaul. It would have saved me from calling someone to be told to use the app to turn in.

jim hNo employee's at this U-Haul rental, even though sign said there should be an attendant from 10 AM to 3 PM. I ordered 2 dozen blankets online, but did not receive them in the truck. I was not charged.

Kenneth PI had scheduled a truck about 3 weeks in advance to pick up at 8:30 a.m. at a more convenient location. I got less than a 24 hour notice before moving day that time was changed to 10:00 a.m., and at a different location. Be aware of customers need to a schedule!!!
BYRON HEvery time I go to get a vehicle the app in the process of getting verified to get a U-Haul is the most exhausting and stressful time. Because there's always so many problems and issues and after being a repeat customer, you would think that your account wouldn't have to have all these validations and hassle to run at U-Haul

Zachary CMr. Bowling goes far beyond what other UHaul Reps do. If he doesn't have what you want, he searches until he finds the closest, and has it delivered. He always has the truck ready (and warmed in the winter). Couldn't be more pleased nor impressed with this dealership!

barron dUhaul had no gas in it when I got it. He said it had a 1/4 tank, but was on almost completely E when I got it. Rude service. I've rented plenty of Uhauls in the last few months and this was the worst experience all the way around. I even got charged for SafeMove & I clicked no on my options. The Uhaul dealer added it to my account without my authorization of the charge that I denied previously.
ANGELA SMy card was charged 90 dollars which covered the mileage but I was then charged another $ 71,00 for what the rental was 19,99 and the gas was more then when I got it the truck was back when I was told to bring it back so am I being charged so much
SHARIE AOverall the customer service went above and beyond what I was expecting from previous Uhaul rental places I've gone to. The gentleman I spoke to was very professional and made everything as simple as possible for me. My only complaint is that the back of the truck was not clean when I rented it. There was broken glass in the back of the truck that was there when I stepped in for the first time -- one of the pieces was as large as my forearm. I found more that we didn't see at first when I was sweeping out the back to avoid the cleaning fee. Otherwise, I appreciate how flexible the whole experience was, how helpful the gentleman I spoke to was and how easy it was to return the vehicle with the 24 hour key turn in.
