I was unaware nobody would be present at the drop off location, would have been nice to have drop off instructions when I picked up the uhaul. It would have saved me from calling someone to be told to use the app to turn in.

jim hNo employee’s at this U-Haul rental, even though sign said there should be an attendant from 10 AM to 3 PM. I ordered 2 dozen blankets online, but did not receive them in the truck. I was not charged.
