This was the easiest UHaul experience I have had - and they're always great. Super fast check-in and return and very friendly and professional. I recommend them 10/10!

Unfortunately, my plans got changed and I no longer needed the rental for that day. The U haul rep was unwilling to credit my reservation...so now I have to pay twice for the rental. I am not happy with the rigidity of that decision. This soured my reliance on U-Haul.

GREGG GNothing. The ladies at the Augusta location were great. They diagnosed bad socket and replaced it. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They know what they're doing!

STEVEN FThis was the nightmare part, there was nobody there then someone pulled up said she worked there and to give her a few minutes and she never came back, my phone service was terrible and it took us about 45 minutes to finally use the app.
JOHN CLocation I would give above average, friendly, respectful, quick and easy to make reservation. However the vehicle itself was dirty, animal hair all over seats and some unidentifiable stuff on seat. We had to put trash bag on seat to use.
JILL MThe entire process was easy. Customer service was polite and helpful. One thing would be that I personally would prefer is that the truck be full of gas instead of half full when you pick it up and bring it back the same way. It did work out without a problem, but it just seems easier to just fill it up.

Brian GThe tire was very very low, no one had maintained this vehicle. When I pointed it out I was told to go fill it. That would be on my time plus I wasn't sure if I would do it correctly. I said no you do it, after a discussion they agreed, I waited 18 minutes, remember this is while I had it checked out, so I am being charged, plus I had places to go. After 18 minutes of waiting I left. Point of reference, 3 tires had about 72 PSI, one had 27. It took a long time to fill that tire, again, on my time. The young man at the counter was very pleasant, he just couldn't help me.

Says onnthe van 19,95$ extended rental is 99$ I had the van for 3 hours and put 25 miles on it and still was charged 100. Either take the 19,95 off the side of the vans or honor the advertisement in the future

Larry HBox truck filthy they charged me to clean it when it made a mess of my mattress and clothes the inside of this box truck was covered in dirt I had to bring my clothes and sheets to the laundry after just washing everything the night before I complained and they said that's all we got and then qhen I returned the box truck they charged me like I decideded to place dirt inside before I moved all my bedroom contents inside it 🙃

Patricia KThe trailer I rented had a bald tire. When I pointed it out to the representative, he said it was his only one-way trailer so I could take it or not. After hooking up the equipment and leaving, I discovered that the surge brake mechanism did not release smoothly, so every time I released the vehicle brakes or leave from a stop, the trailer brakes would release with a shock and loud bang. Given that I had purchased a car six hours from home and the trailer was the only way to transport it, I was stuck. It was a difficult six-hour drive home with the trailer brakes releasing roughly.
TIMOTHY LFor the most part the U-haul I rented was clean, but I took a picture of the cupholder console.Whoever rented it before me spilt coffee and I took a picture of it so I would not get blamed for it

STEVEN FAfter making the mistake of trying to pick up a truck sooner than scheduled, and lack of understanding their 24/7 rental policies, I was left unable to get a code to access the key. I called for assistance and Scott responded immediately, on a Friday night. Although he, rightfully, should have been annoyed by the situation, he was pleasant, supportive, and quickly helped me get the truck I needed. He also helped me understand the benefits and use of the 24/7 policies. I highly recommend CDLS and appreciate their effort to provide quality service; at a time when quality service is abundantly diminished.
