Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat customer service
kimberly dBetter than awesome customer service. The associate did the checking in process for me. Which made it quick and easy for me to get going. U-Haul also gave me a larger truck as they didn't have my size available. The truck was sitting there waiting for me with no delay.
David DVery pleased with the vehicle and the customer service.
Jeffrey CThe personnel at this location were very accommodating, answered all of our questions and responded to our concerns about using technology that was unfamiliar to us. The van itself had not been cleaned before we picked it up, but evidently had been reported as stolen and so did not go through the usual return process prior to our rental. The vehicle completely met our needs, and we will definitely use this service again if we need a transport vehicle. Thank you so much!
