Excellent all the way staff was excellent as well as the 20' unit I rented . Only thing that could have made it better was if the unit would have been a GM product but the Ford did just fine.

2 bags of garbage and a pizza box was left in the rear of the van when I picked it up. Otherwise the van was fine.

The entire mobile pick up and drop off process is incredibly frustrating. I'll use my own truck next time.

Nerve wracking for a newbie, but the videos and live help were the saving grace. Manual locks on the vehicle was cumbersome for a single driver. Maybe more help with the mirrors….otherwise it was a successful moving day!

Very friendly, super easy and professional. The best uhaul experience I've ever had and my family has even had. Highly recommend if you're in Ashland OH!

The location was fine but actually renting the truck was horrible. It took an hour just to pick up the truck and I had to call 2 different people to get the keys.There has to be a better way.

Had difficulty with the checkin using the application. Had to switch to the online version (which I would not known of if not for another customer at the same location) was on hold for over 30 minutes attempting to get a customer service rep

This location called me the Monday after I rented the truck. They were able to remove the dolly charge from my bill.
