The reservation was for 9:00 am. The location doesn't open until 9:30. No one showed up until 10:40. Then she was rude when I mentioned them being late. I wound up doing mobile check in (didn't know that was an option). Cut my ankle trying to take photos of the truck because of where they had it parked. Truck was filthy, could barely see through the windshield. Had to immediately get gas because they left it so low. And the truck sounded and performed terribly during the entire 10 hour trip. We had to shout at each other in the cab because it was so loud. The engine sounded like it was going to fall apart. It wouldn't go over 35 MPH uphill, with the gas pedal to the floor. It chugged and chugged for 10 hours.
Cheri MArea is very small. Only one way in and out. Not ideal for big trucks let alone a trailer

Edgar AOverall great service!!!!!Miguel and Beth went above and beyond to fix an issue that UHAul in Alabama region/initial drop off location could not. I was moving due to a military move and had to change my drop off location. They really made U-Haul look good. If it wasn't for them, the rating for this trip would have been poor. They are the reason I will be using U-Haul my next move!
