Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe lady at the Freedom Way location could use some assistance on her not so pleasant attitude. She made this experience even more stressful than it should’ve been. She was short and sharp with her words. It’s was like I was an inconvenience to her. I get it not everyone loves their job. The U-Haul had a bunch of sand in the back. I had to carry my jump box with me because the battery was weak and eventually had to use it to jump it.

Daisy LThe personnel question isn't applicable as this was an automated unattended drop off. It went well but they could use a bit more parking area for returns. Very clean though.
