Lee BFriendly staff but there needs to be an easier drop-off process when retuning the truck. Waited 20 minutes to just hand over the keys
Travis GThe lady at the counter was nice, but they gave us a truck with a 1/4 tank of gas and the back wasn't dirty and had trash from the last renters. THEN, I was charged the cleaning fee, when I returned it. Good luck getting me or my company to rent with you again!

WILLIE JUnfortunately this was my first unpleasant experience. Yet the lady that serviced me was very nice it was a bit unprofessional and disorganized. Checking the van out took longer than usual. The van itself was ready. It was dirty the mileage was inaccurate, the gas level was inaccurate. The van had graffiti on one side which wasn't on the pictures. Luckily I spotted it while checking the van. Also, we didn't notice that the left turn signal was out until we were about three miles away. It was unsafe. Hopefully this will never happen again. I'll be sure to use a different location next time.

Gave me a truck with no gas and 2 flat tires. I was told take it or leave it! had to rush straight to a gas station before moving.

David GThe office was not good about returning calls. When I returned the vehicle, DURING BUSINESS HOURS, the doors were locked. A staff person inside would not pick up phone, and signaled me to push keys through the mail slot. It was 4 PM on 8/9. I had the vehicle less than ( hours, but it does not seem to have affected price. I tried to use my mobile device, to register, and was sent multiple codes. The slot was in direct Sun, on the 9th day of a heat wave, so I gave up. Also, at the facility, the pull through gate was broken, so I had to back out, through the entrance gate, and climb in and out of the truck to raise the doors.

Sean WI made my reservation several week ahead of pick up date vehicle had no mirror on drivers side and long crack in windshield when I inquired about damage there response was that they were aware of the damage but that was the only vehicle they had. They offered no alternative. This vehicle was not safe to drive especially for the long distance highway driving I was doing.

LAVERN ARented 15' truck drove 30 miles they charged me 230 miles 2days rental brought truck back :30mins early they charged $338 when I brought it back I asked them to check me In "Aww you're ok then I get charged $338 No Way!!!
