There wasn't enough cell service so I had to go check in. Even though the office was marked up and unlocked, I waited for over 20 minutes for the employee who didn't even acknowledge that he had been away so long-even after I brought it up. The drop-off went a lot smoother. It just took forever to upload all the photos because, again, there wasn't much service. All that said, I'm aware it may have been an abnormal situation and the facility was nice, so I'd be willing to try renting from them again. I do wish they had a cargo van available.

PENELOPE BThere is an additional charge for fuel, although I had filled it up to 4 gallons while only using two. I called U-Haul and they sorted it out. I've never had this problem with a U-Haul rental.
